Job Description

Technical Support Engineer, Entry-Level, Cloud / Linux

Virtuozzo

• Provide technical support (L1/L2) to customers via ticketing systems, email, and calls • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customer teams and internal engineers • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based systems • Assist in analyzing system performance and identifying issues • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers following defined processes • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and documentation

Job Requirements

  • Required Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or native)
  • English: Intermediate level or higher (for internal communication)
  • Interest in IT, cloud infrastructure, or Linux systems
  • Basic understanding of operating systems or networking
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Preferred (nice to have) Experience with Linux (academic, personal, or professional)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with troubleshooting or monitoring tools
  • IT certifications (LPI, LPIC, Red Hat, etc.)
