• Manage every phase of the project lifecycle—leveraging digital tools, strong communication, and a process-driven mindset to deliver on time, on budget, and on spec • Lead multimillion-dollar façade projects from preconstruction through closeout • Ensure structured collaboration, proactive planning, and a firm grasp of what it takes to keep complex installations moving forward

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. • Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and status updates. • Ensure quality compliance through inspections, testing, audits, and by enforcing industry standards and regulations. • Lead quality assurance processes, resolve quality issues, and manage project claims and complaints. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and delivering regular updates and recommendations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards. • Produce comprehensive project reports and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements. • Use data insights to recommend process optimizations and enhance overall project efficiency.

• Drive strategic CDMO partnerships • Oversee CDMO performance and execution • Manage financial processes including PO creation, invoice review, and budget tracking • Lead internal and joint governance meetings • Consolidate CDMO and CMC program updates for dashboards and leadership reporting • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships • Own CMC project documentation and tools • Align cross-functional teams across Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

• Manage and execute customer implementations • Manage all aspects of post-sale implementation of a project (on-time, within budget, within expectations) • Monitor and proactively support projects, identify resource requirements, coordinate the work of assigned resources and tasks • Manage, communicate, and track cost/schedule/resource variances through Optimum’s project lifecycle • Conduct project kickoff, planning, status, and retrospective meetings for internal teammates and external customers • Assist in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships • Proactively manage foreseen project risk, identify any potential risk scenarios, and facilitate issue • Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of Optimum Energy’s products and services, and related billable milestones that drive revenue • Responsible for accurate project data in NetSuite and revenue forecast reporting • Create and manage project and forecast reports, dashboards, and KPI’s in NetSuite
