Job Description

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

ORSON GmbH

• Work as a member with significant influence in one of our agile Scrum teams to develop, enhance, and maintain Indra Avitech product solutions for the aviation industry • Participate in the entire development lifecycle from inception through testing, deployment, and support using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology • Create API interfaces and business services for aeronautical application components • Mentor junior developers, e.g., in preparing development tasks/tickets, conducting code reviews, and pair programming • Develop enterprise-grade, horizontally scalable code using best practices—efficiently and according to specifications

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a self-motivated software developer
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Produce code that reads like poetry and take full ownership of your work
  • Expertise in infrastructure / hardware / software / database / middleware stack
  • Contribute to solution design, creation, updates, improvement of product architecture, and optimization of product performance
  • Relevant knowledge of best practices regarding security, performance, and disaster recovery
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Business-fluent German and English
