• Design, build and maintain the software that elevates our highly distributed corporate network. • Optimize our whitebox and commercial hardware solutions through novel application of proprietary, open source and commercial software. • Work closely with our IT department to solve complex problems to accelerate our game development pipelines and workflows. • Participate in studio playtests.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native services that scale with business and clinical needs. • Build and operate containerized applications leveraging Kubernetes and related technologies • Develop clean, testable, and maintainable code in Python, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders • Implement integrations and workflows that streamline healthcare data processing (e.g., DICOM imaging, HL7 messaging) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Clinical, and Engineering to align technology with business goals • Ensure performance, resilience, and security best practices are embedded into all systems • Own end-to-end delivery of major features, from technical exploration and implementation through deployment and monitoring • Drive problem-solving including diagnosing and debugging complex issues in production environments, and driving them to full resolution

• Build and maintain features for the web-based property management platform using TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. • Contribute to a monorepo architecture, working within two-week sprint cycles to deliver high-quality code. • Implement critical integrations including DocuSign (lease signing), Plaid (bank verification), Stripe (payment processing), and ownership group payout systems. • Optimize platform performance and user experience, replacing a legacy system plagued by 20+ second load times and inefficient manual workflows. • Build and integrate AI agents using Claude and other AI APIs to automate slow organizational processes. • Develop both API integrations on top of existing tools and custom agents built from scratch. • Collaborate with the CEO on identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities across the organization. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and independently research and implement solutions when faced with unknown technologies or challenges. • Proactively identify improvements and implement them with team guidance. • Contribute ideas and solutions to platform architecture and development priorities.

• Configure and manage Splunk data inputs (Syslog, Universal forwarders, Application Programming Interface, Hybrid Electronic Cluster, cloud connectors etc.) • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new sources and translate them into onboarding plans, with our key partners in Enterprise Security • Develop and maintain technical add-ons for field extractions, data parsing and normalization • Integrate AI/ML models into observability pipelines to enable predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerting • Troubleshoot ingestion issues across forwarders, indexers and parsing capabilities • Automate onboarding workflows with scripts, dashboards, automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform etc.) • Design and implement observability solutions using modern engineering practices and observability technologies • Develop and maintain integrations across observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry) • Build and optimize dashboards, alerts, and analytics to support proactive monitoring and incident response • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure observability is embedded across CI/CD pipelines and production workloads • Participate in Agile ceremonies and enterprise change management processes • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization
