Senior Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant
Next Generation
• Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Payroll implementations and enhancements. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Provide guidance on payroll compliance, calculations, and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules. • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful payroll runs. • Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes. • Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations. • Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll rules, fast formulas, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
- Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
