• Develop and maintain public APIs: Build new API endpoints and improve existing ones to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability for developers who integrate with our platform. • Work on e-commerce plugins: Maintain, improve, and develop plugins for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and others. Ensure they stay compatible with platform updates, are easy to install, and provide a seamless user experience. • Build and improve third-party integrations: Develop and enhance integrations with third-party services. Focus on reliability, data accuracy, and efficient syncing between systems. • Collaborate on technical planning and problem-solving: Participate in planning discussions to architect new features, solve technical challenges, and improve developer experience both internally and externally. • Handle integration-related customer support: Assist customers and the support team with technical issues related to integrations — debugging problems, analyzing API requests/responses, and providing solutions or fixes.

• Build high-availability (HA) IT systems for the aviation industry using standard products such as HPE, Cisco, or Linux • Install Linux on a cluster to provide highly available services • Configure network components and serial connections • Commission systems at the customer's site • Provide system administration training for customers during projects

• Serve as the technical lead across strategic enterprise opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to design and position end-to-end cybersecurity solutions. • Engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior technical leaders to assess requirements, map architectures, and guide decisions aligned to business outcomes. • Conduct discovery workshops, technical assessments, and architecture reviews across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. • Develop solution designs, bills of materials, integration plans, and executive-ready technical presentations. • Lead technical strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives including platform consolidation, modernization, and vendor rationalization. • Partner with OEM and channel engineering teams to validate designs, stay current with product roadmaps, and coordinate joint enablement. • Support Proofs of Concept (POCs), demos, and evaluations to validate solution fit and accelerate customer adoption. • Ensure smooth handoffs to delivery and services teams, maintaining architectural integrity from pre-sales to implementation. • Represent Defy with technical authority and executive presence during customer briefings, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

• Define target-state architecture for conversational AI across voice + chat + messaging • Establish reference patterns for: intent/routing, dialog management, LLM tools/function calling, RAG, and human handoff • Design hybrid approaches using NLU (intents/entities) and LLMs where flexibility adds value • Partner with Conversation Designers to translate journeys into scalable dialog systems • Architect integrations to CRM, scheduling, claims, EHR/EMR, identity, billing, knowledge bases, ticketing, and contact center platforms • Own architectural decisions for voice channels, session/state persistence, personalization and context • Define guardrails for PHI/PII handling, data retention, encryption, key management, audit logging • Implement conversation analytics standards
