• Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. • Collaborate with departments across the university to understand operational challenges and propose practical, technology-enabled solutions. • Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes. • Provide training and support to staff on new tools and automated workflows. • Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend further enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to break down operational challenges and think through practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly document processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Role Description We're looking for a Fulfillment Manager who can own the full client operations function end to end. This is a senior, execution-heavy role for someone who has spent years sitting at the intersection of service delivery, process engineering, and distributed team management. You will be responsible for: - Keeping client delivery on track - Enforcing SLAs - Diagnosing operational bottlenecks before they become incidents - Building the systems and documentation that allow the team to scale without breaking This is not a coordinator role. You will be the operational backbone of client fulfillment, the final escalation point when things go sideways, and the person who builds the processes that prevent it from happening again. If you bring a structured, investigative approach to operations, move fast without losing precision, and know how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, this role is built for you.
