We are looking for an Associate Attorney to work with an Attorney in our Dothan office and contribute to a high-performing team with a strong focus on trucking and premises litigation. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of their cases, grow their litigation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with supportive oversight and clear expectations. We are open to remote candidates residing in South Georgia. Responsibilities - Take ownership of trucking litigation cases from start to finish, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. - Maintain accurate and timely billing in line with firm and client expectations. - Communicate proactively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel to ensure high-quality service and results. - Collaborate with a focused, efficient team that values productivity and autonomy. Qualifications - 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in trucking or transportation-related cases. - Strong billing experience and familiarity with timekeeping systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Strong client service orientation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while being open to feedback and growth. Role Description As Revecore’s Staff Attorney, you will provide specialized legal expertise to support healthcare providers in their revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
