Role Description As Revecore’s Staff Attorney, you will provide specialized legal expertise to support healthcare providers in their revenue cycle management (RCM) processes. • Appear in court on behalf of the firm a minimum of three days per week. • Review new claims for compliance with firm and client standards. • Review and approve pleadings filed with the courts, including complaints and motions. • Occasionally draft motions and responses for contested matters as needed. • Argue contested motions and conduct trials and arbitrations. • Manage telephonic and written communication with opposing counsel. • Prepare and respond to discovery or oversee counterclaims involving the firm or its clients.
