Role Description The Personal Risk Client Executive is P&C licensed and experienced in all facets of Personal Insurance, including proven sales skills. Your primary role is to advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to the specific needs of the prospective insured. In your role, you will be responsible for both generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the insurance sector for personal lines. You may also be provided with leads from non-solicited personal new business opportunities and or referrals presented to NFP. Meet with families at weekday/weekend events and clinic to educate, drive awareness of and interest in Cambrooke’s portfolio of medical food formulas. - Build and improve clinical competence of the disease states and conditions for which we have products. Demonstrate clinical confidence during presentations and display the ability to articulate the benefits of our products and programs for the health care practitioner, their patients and practice. - Work collaboratively with Cambrookecare to identify DME providers and follow-up with clinicians as needed to expedite process. - Identify formulary needs (e.g., State program, WIC, Medicaid, hospital) and manage processes necessary for successful formulary inclusion. - Work collaboratively with other Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists. Utilize all selling resources and demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with other support departments and associates to optimize overall performance and ability to succeed. - Responsible for maintaining control over territory expenses within the approved budget. Assist the Director of Sales in developing the annual budget for the territory. Submit expense reports weekly. - Complete all required and requested administrative work in a timely and accurate manner. - Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. - Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. - Other duties as assigned. Travel Requirements - 40% - 60% overnight travel, plus local travel.
