Creator Engagement Manager

Social Currant

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our ecosystem of values-aligned creators by thousands • Build the scalable infrastructure and support systems to ensure every Social Currant creator feels a part of our community • Establish infrastructure to operationalize our "ladder of engagement" in partnership with the Product Team • Design and implement comprehensive creator acquisition, activation, and retention strategies • Build and manage a team (starting with a Creator Engagement Associate) to grow the network and meet KPIs • Cultivate industry relationships to grow our network, including talent agencies and creators • Work in partnership with the Accounts Team to understand industry trends and niches • Manage the Social Currant creator community as the primary point of contact for creators • Build scalable processes and systems to support 4x ecosystem growth over the next two years • Develop creator education programs, resources, and best practices guides

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, talent management, or community building.
  • Proven track record of scaling creator communities.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and the ability to translate insights into campaign-level strategies
  • Experience supervising direct reports
  • Passion and enthusiasm for progressive politics and social impact causes
  • Organized and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced, hyper growth environment
  • Background working with mission-driven organizations or purpose-driven brands is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis a plus
  • Experience in startups or organizations with under 20 employees a plus
  • Experience working in a tech/product environment a plus
