Job Description: Patient Care Representative Full-Time Remote The Call Center Representative position is part of the broader Elara Caring Caretinuum initiative, and is responsible for customer relations, customer needs follow up, virtual healthcare processing, taking referrals, performing data entry, answering inquiries, and disseminating information about the agency to prior customers.
