Role Description Automotive is moving from experimentation to deployment at scale across automotive manufacturing. OEMs in this space are under intense pressure to move faster, iterate smarter, and scale production without compromising quality. Traditional manufacturing partners struggle to keep up. Fathom is built for this moment. This role is for a senior hunter / rainmaker with Automotive relationships who can immediately penetrate the market, open doors at speed, and convert programs into scalable revenue. This is not a vertical build. This is a market attack with urgency and velocity. The mandate is clear: - Drive significant growth in Automotive - Compress deal cycles below today’s 3–6 month norm What You’ll Be Selling: - Precision CNC machining (structural components, frames, motion systems) - Precision sheet metal (enclosures, housings, frames) - Complex electromechanical assemblies Typical programs range from $200K to $2M+ in annual run-rate, with strong expansion potential as platforms scale.
