Regional Business Development Manager

Towne Park

• Responsible for driving net-new commercial growth for Towne Park through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined deal execution • Focused on identifying and converting new opportunities within the commercial parking landscape by building trust-based relationships with property owners, developers, asset managers, and operators • Collaborates closely with internal proposal, finance, and operations teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions • Maintain accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and disciplined sales execution to consistently achieve individual revenue targets • Represent Towne Park at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience selling services or solutions into commercial real estate, hospitality, or distributed services environment
  • Strong prospecting and cold outreach capability
  • Comfortable working within structured sales processes
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
  • Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills; able to influence senior decision-makers
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while driving focused, data-driven sales strategies
  • Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a performance-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments

Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service and Sales support resources to provide customer proposals and quotations focused on generating business and market growth potential. Plan, coordinate and conduct sales presentations to individuals and client groups, independently and collaboratively with Technical, Product Development and Management teams. Create annual forecast for assigned accounts; work with management to establish strategy to achieve specific account goals. Partner with internal teams in developing forecast, budget, and month end presentations to support key financial business objectives. Participate in projects and cross-functional project teams focused on improving business unit financial performance. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of successful sales experience. Proven sales background with meaningful sales experience in the paper mill and paperboard industry. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to build key relationships with team members across the organization and develop an informal network of internal consultants. Demonstrated ability in taking ownership of responsibilities and executing them to meet business needs and deliverables. Aptitude to work independently, successfully manage accounts, work under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment is essential.
