Role Description Consulting Director, Source to Pay Location: Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely. Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. Travel Expectations: Up to 40% What You'll Do: - Provide executive leadership across complex procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations, guiding clients from strategic vision through execution and measurable value realization. - Oversee multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence across assessments, operating model redesign, technology enablement, vendor selection, process optimization, and large-scale finance and accounting transformations. - Lead, develop, and scale high-performing consulting teams, setting clear expectations, coaching emerging leaders, and ensuring consistent application of methodologies and quality standards. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic agendas, framing complex business challenges, and influencing decision-making at the C-suite and SVP level. - Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, shaping pursuit strategies, developing proposals, and leading executive-level presentations and pitches. - Provide leadership on procurement and financial operations, bringing forward insights on market trends, digital solutions, operating model innovations, and leading practices. - Strengthen internal capabilities, optimizing delivery frameworks, knowledge assets, and operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and team productivity. Qualifications - Deep domain knowledge across procurement and supply chain processes, including catalog management, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, OCR, invoice processing, and payment operations. - Broad understanding of Source-to-Pay platforms, including key capabilities, business value drivers, and comparative strengths of leading market solutions. - Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams, with 5+ years overseeing consultants or managers. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility initiatives, navigating evolving client needs and organizational dynamics. - Extensive program and project leadership skills, including workplan design, milestone management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and change management. - Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into clear, concise narratives tailored to senior audiences. - Executive presence and strong leadership acumen, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. The compensation range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role.
