About the Role We are hiring Systems Design Consultants for people who enjoy thinking through complex decisions and helping others arrive at solutions that genuinely fit their needs. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand how their space is used, what matters most to them, and what constraints they’re working within. You’ll design multiple system approaches, explain trade-offs clearly, and guide customers toward decisions they feel confident about. You will not be responsible for closing sales; your responsibility is the quality of the design and clarity of the recommendation.
