Contracts Manager
Modern Campus
• Manage a high volume of commercial agreements across the full contract lifecycle (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and amendments) • Draft, review and redline a range of contracts such as MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and Vendor/Supplier Agreements. • Support rapid sales cycles by ensuring timely contract turnaround while maintaining appropriate risk controls • Utilize CLM platforms and AI-enabled tools to streamline contract review, redlining, workflow management, and reporting • Track contractual obligations, key commercial terms, renewal timelines, and compliance requirements • Provide solution-oriented support to internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate successful deal closure • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency within the Commercial Legal function
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management AND commercial legal operations in B2B SaaS companies
- Paralegal or Law diploma/degree, or equivalent professional experience in contract management
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume contracting in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and reprioritize based on evolving business needs
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; experience with DocuSign CLM is considered a strong asset
- Experience leveraging AI tools or legal technology to improve contracting efficiency is an asset.
