Role Description Philip J. Boren is looking for a passionate, organized, and driven individual to join our skilled team as an E-Commerce Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing assigned accounts and delivering results. You will focus on building strong relationships and taking ownership of client inputs to ensure exceptional client experience and sales growth. With a strategic and tactical mindset, you’ll dive into activities like: - Account strategy development - Forecasting - Pricing strategy and implementation - Marketing initiatives - Content creation and optimization - Catalog management - Negotiations - KPI reporting The E-Commerce Account Manager will be supported by internal resources such as site merchandisers, content creation specialists, marketing specialists, data scientists, and operations specialists.
