Job Description

Satellite Apps Marketer – Vibe Marketer

Creative Fabrica

• As our Satellite Apps Marketer, you'll pioneer a new growth channel for Creative Fabrica by rapidly building and launching micro-products, standalone tools, calculators, and generators that demonstrate our technology, capture demand, and funnel high-intent users to our core platforms. • You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and product, creating tools that solve real problems for our creator audience while driving measurable growth. • This is a highly autonomous role where you own the entire lifecycle: ideate → build → launch → optimize → scale. • Build & Ship (40% of time): Rapidly prototype and deploy interactive web tools using AI-assisted development (Lovable, Claude, Cursor). • Create production-ready Satellite Apps that provide genuine value to our creator audience. • Implement SEO-optimized landing pages with clear conversion paths to Creative Fabrica/Studio. • Deploy and manage satellite domains with proper analytics instrumentation. • Growth & Traffic (50% of time): Develop built-in distribution mechanisms (viral loops, shareability, SEO optimization). • Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic opportunities. • Monitor metrics and iterate based on data. • Build partnerships that amplify reach (Product Hunt, influencer collaborations). • Strategy & Ideation (10% of time): Generate pipeline of validated Satellite Apps. • Analyze competitor satellite tools and identify white space opportunities. • Document learnings for future scaling.

Job Requirements

  • Rapid Product Building - You've shipped at least 3-5 projects from concept to live product. You can show us working URLs and talk about what you learned from your real use cases.
  • Vibe Coding Fluency - You're skilled with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bol, Replit, v0, etc.) and can go from idea to deployed product autonomously. You write effective prompts, iterate quickly, and aren't afraid of "good enough to test."
  • Growth & Distribution Instincts - You understand what makes tools shareable and discoverable. Basic SEO knowledge, viral mechanics, or experience getting your projects in front of users (Product Hunt, Reddit, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • "Ship It" Mentality - You're comfortable launching at 80% and iterating based on real feedback. You know when to cut corners strategically and when quality actually matters. You measure success by usage, not code elegance.
  • Self-Sufficient Deployment - You can take a project from a local environment to live URL independently using modern tools (Vercel, Netlify, etc.). You don't need DevOps support to get things online.
  • Extreme Ownership & Autonomy - You don't wait for direction. You identify problems, propose solutions, build them, launch them, and iterate based on results. You're results-driven and care about actual growth, not meetings or process theater. You own outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Creative Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness - You find elegant solutions under constraints (time, budget, technical limitations). You're scrappy, pragmatic, and focused on impact over perfection.
  • Design Sensibility - Can make tools that look good enough to share. You don't need to be a designer, but you know the difference between 'functional' and 'people actually want to use this.
  • Viral Marketing Intuition - Natural sense for what makes content spread. Experience with Product Hunt, Reddit, Twitter/X growth tactics, or influencer marketing.
  • Community Building - Comfortable engaging directly with users, collecting feedback, and building advocacy. Can turn users into evangelists.

Benefits

  • Creative Fabrica is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
