Role Description This is with the leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health, used daily by thousands of clinicians and reducing documentation time by more than 80%. By giving clinicians their time back, we enable home health organizations to deliver better care to older adults who want to remain at home. We are now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to scale the core services that power our platform and build entirely new Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows that clinicians will depend on every day. • Write web frontend code in Vue.js JavaScript framework. • Write front-end and back-end unit tests. • Manage the front-end build configuration and the appropriate npm tasks. • Work with Typescript and modern web development. • Write CSS and HTML by using SASS. • Participate in the .NET implementation of a micro-services solution, being able to write backend code in a reliable, scalable, secure and testable way, implementing resilient integrations, satisfying requirements and service level agreements. • Implement validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests for both back-end and front-end code. • Implement OAUTH authentication mechanisms. • Write and maintain technical documentation of the solution implemented. Account for secure coding practices, as well as logging and auditing features. • Communicate in a clean, concise way, not only to peers but to upper layers when needed.

• Develop and maintain Golang-based services and applications • Work on Kubernetes-based cloud solutions, including deployment and scaling • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools • Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Integrate chatbots and other developer tools into cloud platforms • Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Vault • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
