• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Real-Time Analysts • Monitor and analyse wagers in real time, identifying pricing inefficiencies, unprofitable customer wagering trends, and other issues as they arise • Identify and escalate sportsbook margin leaks, including incorrectly correlated Same Game Parlays (SGPs), past-post issues, and pricing discrepancies • Analyse player betting patterns and risk exposure using advanced sportsbook analytics tools • Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience working within a sportsbook or sports betting trading team
- Previous experience as a Senior Trader or Trading Analyst is a must
- A deep understanding of pricing methodology, in-play variables, and customer betting behaviour
- Experience with US sports is highly desirable
- Previous supervisory, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make confident, data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Amplitude is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior managers and directors when required
- Intellectually curious, always seeking better ways of working and embracing innovative tools and approaches
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive to the wider team
- Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard hours in line with the 24/7 nature of global sporting events.
