• Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions including Enterprise Sales, BDRs, Solutions Architects, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success • Proactively source and engage top-tier GTM talent, going well beyond inbound applicants through targeted outreach, advanced Boolean strategies, referrals, and ecosystem mapping • Act as the primary market ambassador for Oscilar, clearly communicating our product, mission, and growth trajectory to candidates and talent networks • Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touch through offer and onboarding with transparency, urgency, and high integrity • Partner with GTM leadership to forecast hiring demand, refine role definitions, and calibrate evaluation frameworks • Build and maintain repeatable sourcing systems, outreach sequences, and interview processes that scale with company growth • Track and analyze pipeline metrics, continuously optimizing conversion rates, time-to-hire, and talent quality • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM or commercial roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing enterprise-level sales and technical GTM talent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates
- Advanced sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and performance indicators
- High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently, cross-functionally, and with executive visibility.
