The IT Onboarding Project Manager - Managed Services - is primarily responsible for managing IT transition and transformation projects for Managed Services. As such the Project Manager drives all aspects of the project activity including collaborating and coordinating across AHEAD Managed Services and client business segments. Manages project scope, defines work plan, resource needs, timeline, and project deliverables. The Project Manager manages project resources to complete projects on time and within budget. Keeps project team and AHEAD leadership updated as to project status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables for completeness. Duties & Responsibilities: - Executes all IT transition and transformation activities designated in support of the Managed Services organization. Defines and manages project workstreams, schedules and leads workstream meetings, tracks action items and status updates. - Reviews contracts, operational processes, coordinates, and authors client communications. - Drives the development and execution of the project plan by working with the different project workstreams to define, sequence and estimate duration of project activities and duration of schedule to meet project objectives. - Manages all aspects of the project execution including scope, requirements gathering, risk assessment, project planning, change control and status reporting. - Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project issues and risks. - Plans and executes project communications to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members. - Ensures adherence to AHEAD’s standards, processes, and policies for all projects. - Acts as a customer advocate during client transition and transformations - Develop and follow standard SOPs for all IT transition and transformation projects. - Documents ITSM processes, procedures, and other relevant information as a reference document for client stakeholders and AHEAD resources. - Other job duties as assigned Education & Experience: - Minimum Requirements: - Understands and applies the principles, concepts, theories, and standards of IT Project Management. - Possesses a broad working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing Smartsheet or MS Project and best practices in the management of project activities. - Ability to present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner. - Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. - Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters. - Assists with the development and implementation of process documentation. - Understands and applies the principles, concepts, theories, and best practices of ITIL. - 2-4 years of relevant IT Project Management experience (combination with ITSM experience preferred) - Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. - ServiceNow experience is a plus. - Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience $75,000 - $120,000 a year The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. About the Environmental Project Manager Role Plans and directs all onsite activities at client location in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state & local regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate logistics for transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from client site including profiling, scheduling, manifesting and physically loading bulk and drum loads. - Consult with client to identify, design and implement cost saving opportunities and proposals. - Ensure compliance with client and government regulations by performing necessary inspections and reporting. Resolve all issues in a timely manner. - Administer client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing, reporting and contracts. - Promote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations. - May occasionally be required to perform labor-intensive activities (e.g., drum collection and bulking).
