Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of Company clinics. Leads and directs the work of others. Is the liaison between administrative services and clinics, physicians, and leaders. Implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and Company policies. Supports the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing. Enforces a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Has global oversight to maintain consistent, high quality practices amongst all Company clinics. PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Implements initiatives that effectively and efficiently support and meet clinic, organizational, and regulatory goals and objectives through strong analytical capabilities, process improvement identification and implementation, and technology enhancements. - Mentors and leads team in implementing plans to support clinics in achieving best practice performance for quality patient care, as well as physician and employee engagement. - Direct and evaluate the performance of FCS leadership and direct reports. - Oversee and monitor the operations activities of all clinics. Ensures adherence to the Company’s Compliance Plan by all employees. - Liaison for operational department, including business across FCS, chairing weekly / bi-weekly ops + related meetings with team/departments. - Coordinating / executing / planning above deep dive sessions to explore, align cross-functional teams with future state operations, clinical, nursing. - Lead and participate in projects for the organization. - Develop and deliver training for assigned area directors and office managers. Overall, is responsible for training for all areas that report to this position. - Evaluate and approve staffing levels and recommend adjustments as needed. - Evaluate and approve equipment needs for clinics and makes recommendations as needed. - Responsible for fiscal operations of all clinics by developing and maintaining all operational unit budgets with prudence. - Oversee the personnel aspects of all the clinics to include hiring, salary increase/adjustments, disciplinary actions, transfers, promotions, and terminations. - Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic buildings and grounds and all company equipment is monitored and maintained by the Area Directors and Office Managers. - Comply will all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to patient care, patients’ rights, safety, billing, and collections. Adhere to all Company and departmental policies and procedures, including IT policies and procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan - Maintain accessibility to employees so they may report any concerns and follows up on those concerns in a timely manner. - Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all patient and employee information at all times. - Perform other duties and projects as assigned. EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in healthcare setting. - Extensive progressive leadership experience, inclusive of Director level or above, in a multi-site healthcare setting. Oncology, start up and business development experience preferred. - Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of physician/vendor contracts and applicable regulatory requirements at a local, state, and federal level related to practice management. - Experience in an EMR system, HRIS, Practice Management Solution, Microsoft Systems, etc. required.
