• Manage, mentor and grow a team of analysts; delegate responsibilities and oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Actively participate in scrum planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions to enhance agile practices within the team. • Work closely with business partners, program managers, peer teams on planning and delivery. • Participate and contribute to design sessions, architecture review meetings • Work on improving intake process, documentation standards and overall efficiency of the team • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating findings and influencing key decisions. • Conduct regular status meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders and management. • Identify business process inefficiencies and design solutions or automated workflows to improve operational performance.

Job Requirements

  • 8 + years of experience in Software Industry in a role of Business or Systems Analyst
  • 2+ years of experience as a Manager of Analysts, Architects, Devs or comparable leadership role
  • Knowledge and experience with integration designs
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, and YAML
  • Experience with SQL queries and data analysis
  • Familiarity with UML, algorithms, component diagrams, and sequence diagrams
  • Strong planning, organizational, and management abilities with a demonstrated capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; proactive in identifying needs, establishing communication, and independently gathering information.

The NCSI Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Background Screening professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of background checks. This role drives daily performance through coaching, monitoring key metrics such as productivity, quality, and turnaround time, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Supervisor partners cross-functionally to support operational priorities, client expectations, and evolving regulatory and safety requirements.
