This is a highly executional, hands-on PMM role with a strong product-led growth and lifecycle focus. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new capabilities are clearly positioned, well-launched, and actually adopted - not just announced. A key part of this role is using our own product to build in-app experiences: onboarding flows, checklists, announcements, and educational moments that help users reach value faster and discover more of what we offer. If you enjoy being close to the product, translating complexity into clarity, and shipping real things that move adoption and conversion, then this role is for you. What You’ll Do - Product Launches & Go-To-Market - Own GTM execution for new features in partnership with Product and Growth. - Translate product updates into clear, customer-ready assets across channels, including emails, website pages, educational content, and in-app flows. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver practical enablement for new launches. - Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing and packaging strategy, ensuring structure, tiers, and value metrics align to customer needs and market dynamics. - Product Adoption & Customer Education - Create cross-channel lifecycle journeys that guide users through: - Activation and early value - Feature discovery - Expansion and deeper adoption - Design and build in-app onboarding and adoption experiences using our own product. - Continuously optimize lifecycle content, particularly in app and email, based on performance and user behavior. - Product Messaging & Content - Develop and maintain clear messaging for features, use cases, and integrations. - Create product-specific content including: - Website copy - In-app education - Knowledge base articles (review for accuracy / clarity) - Lifecycle and customer communications - Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer-facing touchpoints. - ICP, Persona & Competitive Insights - Partner with Product and GTM teams to refine ICPs, personas, and use-case narratives. - Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to sharpen differentiation. - Surface insights from sales calls, customer conversations, and usage data to inform messaging and adoption strategy. - Ecosystem & Integrations Messaging & Adoption - Support messaging and adoption for integrations and ecosystem partners. - Help users understand where integrations fit into their workflows and how they drive value. - Collaborate on partner-facing and customer-facing enablement as needed. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related role. - Experience in product-led growth and user adoption. - Experience creating product and lifecycle content across web, in-app, and email. - Comfort working directly in product tools to build onboarding and education. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and experimentation to drive outcomes & learnings. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment. - Familiarity with AI tools for research, content creation, or analysis. Requirements - This role will report on the following KPIs, in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success: - Website and in-product conversion rates - Website -> trial - Trial -> PQL - PQL -> paid - Feature adoption & SKU attachment - Adoption rates for newly launched features - Time-to-first-value improvements - Attach rates for new SKUs or capabilities - Sales-assist performance - Win-rate and deal velocity improvements tied to PMM enablement - Usage and effectiveness of sales and CS assets & workflows - Lifecycle & in-app engagement - Performance of in-app flows, checklists, and announcements - Engagement with lifecycle emails and educational content - Operational leverage through AI - Effective use of AI to streamline competitive research, ecosystem analysis, and product content creation What Success Looks Like in 6 Months - Owned and executed multiple successful product launches - Delivered end-to-end GTM for several features or integrations. - Built repeatable launch processes covering messaging, in-app education, lifecycle, and enablement. - Built high-impact in-app and lifecycle experiences - Actively using our product to ship onboarding and adoption flows. - Improved clarity and discoverability of key features through in-app education. - Improved activation, conversion, and adoption metrics - Measurable improvements in website -> trial, trial -> PQL, and PQL -> customer win conversion rates. - Strong early adoption for newly launched features. - Established clear, customer-grounded messaging - Up-to-date personas and use-case narratives informed by real customer and sales insights. - Clear differentiation versus competitors across priority use cases. - Demonstrated strong IC ownership and collaboration - Operating as a trusted, reliable individual contributor. - Proactively prioritizing work, managing execution, and surfacing insights. - Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Sales, and CS. - Applied AI to increase speed and impact - Using AI to accelerate research, content creation, and repurposing — without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
