Role Description We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive product launches, feature adoption, and lifecycle engagement across our platform. This is a highly executional, hands-on PMM role with a strong product-led growth and lifecycle focus. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new capabilities are clearly positioned, well-launched, and actually adopted - not just announced. A key part of this role is using our own product to build in-app experiences: onboarding flows, checklists, announcements, and educational moments that help users reach value faster and discover more of what we offer. If you enjoy being close to the product, translating complexity into clarity, and shipping real things that move adoption and conversion, then this role is for you. What You’ll Do - Product Launches & Go-To-Market - Own GTM execution for new features in partnership with Product and Growth. - Translate product updates into clear, customer-ready assets across channels, including emails, website pages, educational content, and in-app flows. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver practical enablement for new launches. - Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing and packaging strategy, ensuring structure, tiers, and value metrics align to customer needs and market dynamics. - Product Adoption & Customer Education - Create cross-channel lifecycle journeys that guide users through: - Activation and early value - Feature discovery - Expansion and deeper adoption - Design and build in-app onboarding and adoption experiences using our own product. - Continuously optimize lifecycle content, particularly in app and email, based on performance and user behavior. - Product Messaging & Content - Develop and maintain clear messaging for features, use cases, and integrations. - Create product-specific content including: - Website copy - In-app education - Knowledge base articles (review for accuracy / clarity) - Lifecycle and customer communications - Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer-facing touchpoints. - ICP, Persona & Competitive Insights - Partner with Product and GTM teams to refine ICPs, personas, and use-case narratives. - Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to sharpen differentiation. - Surface insights from sales calls, customer conversations, and usage data to inform messaging and adoption strategy. - Ecosystem & Integrations Messaging & Adoption - Support messaging and adoption for integrations and ecosystem partners. - Help users understand where integrations fit into their workflows and how they drive value. - Collaborate on partner-facing and customer-facing enablement as needed. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related role. - Experience in product-led growth and user adoption. - Experience creating product and lifecycle content across web, in-app, and email. - Comfort working directly in product tools to build onboarding and education. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and experimentation to drive outcomes & learnings. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment. - Familiarity with AI tools for research, content creation, or analysis.
