Account Executive
Reel Recruit
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, video) • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close • Target and engage decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Recruitment teams • Run discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and position the solution • Deliver tailored product demos • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline • Accurately track activity and deals within the CRM • Negotiate and close contracts in line with revenue targets • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, ICP, and outbound strategy • Stay informed on recruitment tech trends and the competitive landscape
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or New Business Sales Rep in SaaS
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (this is not inbound-led)
- Experience managing full sales cycles
- Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
- Experience selling ATS, HR tech, or recruitment software
- Experience selling into HR / Talent / People teams
- Familiarity with the US mid-market or enterprise landscape
