Customer Service Representative
PestCo
• Ensure that leads are routed, scheduled, documented and reconciled accurately. • Drive speed-to-lead, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. • Answer inbound lead calls • Route leads to appropriate reps within defined SLA • Ensure accurate customer information collection • Create and maintain customer records • Transfer Customer to ISR Team, OSR Team, or office • Schedule Quotables (Field Leads)
Job Requirements
- Strong CRM experience (FieldRoutes, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales (Preferred)
- Experience in pest control or home services (Preferred)
- Familiarity with lead management platforms and call tracking systems (Preferred)
