• Develop product roadmaps with features, gameplay, and content development based on data analysis of KPIs, split test results, user feedback, and industry knowledge. • Evaluate key product metrics and develop strategies that help convert, satisfy, and retain users. • Develop a solid relationship with the Product Category Lead, Apps Engineers, Designers, Content managers, and QA Testers, and collaborate on moving the application forward. • Manage projects and operations by ensuring the qualitative, bug-free, and timely delivery of app updates through proper planning, conception, leadership, and execution. • Approve the new versions of the applications rigorously before they go live. • Be on the lookout for new ideas and the best marketing practices in the industry, among the direct competition as well as top-grossing apps in other categories. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and industry awareness.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager on iOS, or alternatively, 4+ years of experience in Mobile Marketing.
- Deep understanding of player needs and market trends in games designed for friends' gatherings or for lighthearted, quality times as a couple.
- Ambitious about owning and scaling apps: We are currently 3rd in the market, aiming for niche leadership.
- Highly analytical mindset, combining data-driven and product-oriented thinking.
- Strong technical understanding of Product Management and Mobile Marketing.
- Proficient with App Store Connect and third-party tools or platforms.
- Efficient in teamwork: be a driving force able to rally anyone towards common goals.
- Resilient under pressure, managing the app everyone in the company watches closely.
- Proficient in English.
