• Reviewing VBMS and claims files in detail • Identifying legal errors and viable theories of entitlement • Drafting and filing appeals and written arguments • Preparing Higher-Level Reviews and Board appeals • Communicating directly with clients • Managing deadlines and workflow independently
Job Requirements
- J.D. required
- Active bar license in at least one state required
- Admission to CAVC a plus (not required)
- Entry-level candidates will be considered if they demonstrate strong writing ability and a serious commitment to veterans disability practice
