Key Account Manager
LIFE COURIERS
• Serve as contact for high-value account in a customer-facing capacity • Travel to customer sites to implement and/or enhance field operations and customer accounts • Assist in all aspects of logistics operations as needed including: Creating training and performance assessments for contracted drivers • Learning new software to manage route changes/optimizations • Working directly with LC Operations Managers and Dispatchers to ensure customer requirements are met consistently (99% On-Time) • Work diligently with various internal teams and as a liaison with customers to maximize communication and ensure SLA’s are achieved • Collaborate with sales team to identify important areas of growth • Ensure smooth customer implementations and long-term success • Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar field required
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Experience in Healthcare Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions preferred, but not required
- Has a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years
