Account Manager
Hairball
• Own and manage a portfolio of NetSuite-driven customer accounts post go-live. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during ongoing support, optimization, and expansion phases. • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s NetSuite configuration, integrations, and business processes. • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within customer operations. • Translate business needs into clear scopes for enhancements, optimizations, and new integrations. • Partner closely with Consultants, Project Managers, and Support teams to ensure execution aligns with customer goals. • Lead regular account reviews, roadmap discussions, and operational check-ins with customers. • Drive account growth through upsells, cross-sells, and expansion initiatives based on real operational value. • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership. • Support escalation management when issues arise and ensure resolution without hand-holding. • Maintain accurate account documentation, notes, and forecasts.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years working with NetSuite, with a solid understanding of core ERP processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials.
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses.
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations and pushing back when needed.
- You understand how systems affect real-world operations, not just dashboards.
- You recognize growth opportunities and know how to position value, not discounts.
- You can translate technical and operational details into plain business language.
- You follow through, keep commitments, and don’t let accounts drift.
- You don’t panic when things break, you fix them.
- Experience working in a NetSuite consulting, ERP, or systems integrator environment.
- Familiarity with Celigo integrator.io or other iPaaS platforms.
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a strong plus.
