• Apply Infotechion's change management strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs • Define and measure success metrics • Work on the creative as well as the technical side of projects • Be at ease working with multiple levels of seniority

Job Requirements

  • A relevant degree-level qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in change management and have been involved in effective change communications
  • Familiar with different change models - such as the Kubler-Ross Change Curve, ADKAR, Lewin or Kotter; preferably a Prosci or APMG Change Management certified
  • A good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • IT roll-out experience and a good working knowledge of new media technologies is a plus
  • Experience in developing engaging messages and storytelling that drive change
  • Highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • An approachable personality with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Experience in developing and running end-user training programmes including:
  • o Webinar style (100+) training delivery and associated training content/materials
  • o Workshop style (10+) training delivery and associated training content/materials
  • o Self-service learning via pre-recorded video-based training and associated training content/materials (video editing skills a major plus)
