• Manage all aspects of the technology design process for assigned projects • Manage and support assigned design team members to optimize efficiency and performance • Conduct quality control for design documents and project deliverables, and respond to RFIs and RFQs as required • Utilize Bluebeam for markups and gather markup information from team members • Conduct site walks and visits to assess project requirements • Schedule and attend project meetings, including BIM coordination meetings • Produce design documents and drawings

• Take ideas from initial concept through execution alongside creatives, technologists, producers and leadership. • Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers. • Combine conceptual thinking with craft and attention to detail • Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, spotting opportunities for unexpected interactive, environmental, or animation outputs. • Find outside inspiration, and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio.

• Collaborate on concepting and ideation to shape the consumer journey and experience. • Develop designs through mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, and material palettes; rendering skills a plus. • Create environmental graphics, scenic elements, and merchandising details that bring spaces to life. • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication, quality execution, and smooth delivery. • Present work to clients and teammates, incorporating feedback and occasionally traveling for site visits or installs (1–3x per year).
