Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading product marketing or product-focused GTM work for SaaS products, including launching and growing adoption.
- Deep customer and market orientation - you’re adept at understanding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics, and use those insights to inform positioning, messaging, and product direction.
- Strong positioning + messaging chops - you can translate complex product capabilities into simple, differentiated value grounded in customer needs, and use that perspective to influence what we build.
- Proven ability to drive go-to-market efforts that lead to measurable business outcomes (e.g., adoption, retention, expansion, pipeline, revenue), in close partnership with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong project leadership - you can run multiple initiatives in parallel, bring structure to evolving inputs, and keep cross-functional work moving forward.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences and drive alignment across teams (including executive stakeholders).
- Bonus: Experience marketing to demand gen, content, or event marketers who use webinars as a key part of their strategy.
