Accreditation Manager
International Dyslexia Association
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IDA Accreditation Program, including initial accreditation and renewal cycles. • Maintain accreditation calendars, deadlines, tracking systems, and application workflows. • Coordinate application intake, readiness, and progression to ensure alignment with IDA standards and requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and renewing institutions. • Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics for accreditation examiners and reviewers. • Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized accreditation records. • Generate routine reports for accreditation leadership, committees, and board updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Reading, Literacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of (5) five years of experience teaching reading intervention, including work with students with dyslexia.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Structured Literacy, the Science of Reading, and the IDA Knowledge and Practice Standards for Teachers of Reading.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with high attention to detail.

• Manage investment funds to maximize return on client investments. • Select specific investments or investment mixes for purchase by an investment fund. • Monitor financial or operational performance of individual investments to ensure portfolios meet risk goals. • Select or direct the execution of trades. • Perform or evaluate research, such as detailed company or industry analyses, to inform financial forecasting, decision making, or valuation. • Present investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics. • Meet with investors to determine investment goals or to discuss investment strategies. • Hire or evaluate staff for portfolio team including, but not limited to, Quantitative Researchers.
• Promote the highest efficiency and customer service level of all service functions throughout the assigned portfolio in the assigned area • Oversee service responsibilities for multiple communities • Provide on the job training, coordinates maintenance systems technical training and determines solutions to service team, technical/mechanical issues, and vendor consolidation • Work with the VP, Property Operations, Regional Managers, Asset Managers, and AVP Construction Services to make recommendations, analyze plans, oversee property projects and budgets related to facilities management • Monitor work orders and make ready units to ensure they are completed per Berkshire policy • Assist in the development of the CapEx and service budget and financial resources • Monitoring and allocating Turnover, CapEx Funds, and R&M Budgets • Negotiate, develop, and manage service contracts with direction from the VP, Property Operations • Ensure all Life/Safety Contracts are executed and implemented • Conduct inspections on Turns, Pool, Curb Appeal, Shop, Landscaping/grounds, amenities, Turn Process, Mechanical Rooms • Provide oversight of safety inspections, fire systems, and safety compliance to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community • Work with Regional Managers and the VP, Property Operations to identify revenue enhancing and expense saving potential ROI Projects • Keep informed of local, state, and municipal building requirements and landlord tenant affairs relating to R&M and Capital Investments • Conduct HVAC training, as needed • Ensure Disaster Plans are current • Commit to Berkshire Values each day in every action taken when executing the essential functions of the job • Consistently demonstrate the use of tact and discretion
• Lead the EMEA OEM account team while personally managing one or two strategic customers • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and address underperformance directly • Ensure all accounts have documented plans and disciplined follow-up • Enforce accurate, consistent CRM use across the team (pipeline, forecast, opportunities) • Drive structured account planning and standardised reporting processes • Deliver reliable forecasts and maintain data integrity to support business decisions • Personally manage 1–2 key EMEA OEMs and related authorized sub-contractors, including contracts/LTAs, program tracking, and scorecard performance • Defend existing positions and expand share of wallet • Manage escalations and ensure proactive customer communication • Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for key OEMs • Negotiate contracts, LTAs, and pricing frameworks at senior level • Track competitor and market activity, adjusting plans where required
