• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across departments • Track progress and maintain project documentation • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-ups • Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership • Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements • Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams • Support operational initiatives and special projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Jira, or Monday.com
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
