• Qualify opportunities with Sales, using methods like MEDDPICC to focus on customer value • Drive bid timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination • Prepare executive briefings & win themes that resonate • Lead discovery workshops to uncover challenges and aspirations • Build trusted relationships with CXOs and decision-makers • Translate business goals into impactful use-case requirements • Design and deliver high-energy demos that bring our platform to life • Produce technical answers, compliance matrices, and effort estimates • Coordinate with Product, Security, and Legal for bid defenses • Share win/loss insights and contribute to reusable playbooks • Join account planning and funnel reviews with Sales and Commercial leads
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in MVNO/MVNE or digital brand launches
- Mastery of bid qualification and management methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar)
- 5+ years in telecom BSS/OSS and at least 3 years in presales, solution engineering or bid management
- Strong knowledge of convergent billing, CRM, SIM/eSIM lifecycle, MNP, and related processes
- Experience across multiple regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) is a bonus!
- Familiarity with AWS, TM Forum APIs/ODA, or bid-management certifications
- Understanding of cloud-native systems, integrations, and large-scale distributed architectures
- Design, script, and present demos and POCs covering digital journeys like new customer onboarding, assisted and unassisted care, support and admin and via digital channels, Agentic AI interactions, etc.)
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover pain points & aspirations, translating business goals into use-case-driven technical requirements, while building trusted relationships with CXOs and OSS/BSS decision-makers
- A confident presenter who thrives in executive settings
- Fluent English (other languages a plus)
- Excellent technical writing and storytelling—able to turn complex architecture into persuasive narrative
