Meta Ads Marketer
Wing Assistant
• Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing: Conduct A/B tests on headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to enhance engagement and ROAS across platforms. • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more, iterating creatives based on real-time performance data. • Manage and scale ad budgets from $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range, focusing on efficiency and strong return on spend. • Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries with updated copy, visuals, and videos. • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue; apply insights to iterate ad assets and A/B testing strategies. • Stay ahead of trends in short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithms to fuel innovative creative experiments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in performance or paid marketing.
- Experience managing ad budgets ($0 to $1M - $5M ARR range) with consistent ROAS outcomes (3x+ preferred)
- Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, creative optimization, and performance reporting.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving creative optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
