Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in creative production, account management, project management, or client services, ideally within an agency, production company, or creative studio
- Strong background in film, video, content production, or campaign execution
- Ability to scope creatively and think strategically about how work gets made
- Strong judgment around production tradeoffs across budget, timeline, creative ambition, and execution
- Confident client-facing presence, able to build trust and lead conversations with clarity
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects and stakeholders moving at once
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
