What You Drive at DTNA - Initiate NPM (Non-Production Material) purchase requisitions through SAP/cbFC. - Release new/revised NPM orders to vendors confirming delivery dates. - Ensure material is procured and delivered prior to chassis start date. - Review reports to ensure PO's have been received accordingly. - Coordinate immediate action on past-due materials. - Provide regular updates regarding in-process shortages. - Monitor and update OMT notes with ESD, Tracking Information, etc. - Reconcile SAP/cbFC pricing discrepancies and goods receipt issues related to NPM purchases to ensure timely payment to vendors. - Maintain and support the CTS Parts Request on SharePoint. - Work with Sales Team to gather feedback and determine resolutions of problems concerning material called out in BOM's. - Work with vendors on excess and return inventory through RMA process. - Work independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity. Related responsibilities include: management of participation reports; calls with new Operations Team members and care centers to discuss available savings opportunities; recurring calls with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion.
