Role Description This role is built for a senior, entrepreneurial leader with an existing book of business and deep relationships in a specific industry such as funeral homes, veterinary practices, chiropractic offices, or assisted living communities. As an Industry Sales Manager, you will build an industry business inside HelloNation by: - Building an industry-specific business using your existing book of business and sphere of influence - Selling HelloNation solutions directly to business owners you already know and trust - Recruiting, hiring, and leading a team of approximately three top-performing sales professionals from your existing talent network - Training and coaching your team on the HelloNation sales process and value proposition - Driving revenue through both personal sales and team production - Serving as the industry leader and primary relationship owner for your vertical - Partnering with internal teams to scale your industry business efficiently Qualifications - Proven, client-facing experience within a specific industry such as funeral homes, veterinarians, chiropractors, assisted living, or similar relationship-driven SMB markets - A strong network of sales talent you can recruit and lead - Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or sales leadership roles - An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from your own network inside a larger organization - Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach Benefits - Up to $175,000 base salary - Overrides on team performance - Full operational, marketing, and fulfillment support from CGI Digital and HelloNation Company Description HelloNation is a division of CGI Digital focused on helping local businesses tell authentic, positive stories about their communities.
