Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations leadership, business administration, HR operations, financial operations, or organizational management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing business operations, internal systems, and operational process management.
- Strong experience working with HR processes, financial workflows, and operational reporting systems.
- Experience with business tools such as SmartSheet, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar operational platforms.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain operational clarity in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, HR management, finance, or related field preferred.
