Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The Medical Health Questionnaire (MHQ) Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive telephone interviews with program members to complete detailed Medical Health Questionnaires, exposure assessments, and other required worksheets. This role ensures accurate documentation of member health histories and exposure information within internal systems to support the generation of monitoring exam summaries. The specialist also performs medical record review tasks in accordance with established program guidelines and work instructions. A strong commitment to confidentiality, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and reliable completion of daily departmental responsibilities are essential to success in this position. This position is full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This will be on-the-job training. Training is not a set timeline and will be during normal work hours.
