Manager, Student Engagement
CLASP
• Develop structured communication plans for students at different stages of the journey - at scale and individually as needed. • Engage students individually and at scale via email, social media, content marketing, text, WhatsApp, podcasts, conferences and events, social media, Reddit, and emerging channels. • Address objections, clarify program details, and motivate students to complete their applications. • Develop structured touchpoints (email cadences, group sessions, office hours, AMAs) to maintain momentum. • Use AI and automation (HubSpot) wherever possible to maximize impact • Own __clasp.com/students__ site and optimize for conversion • Launch and manage small role-based communities (e.g., PTs, CRNAs, Rad Techs) to foster connection and peer reinforcement. • Create newsletters • Attend virtual and in-person student events to convert interest into completed applications. • Use database and cohort marketing to continue the dialogue with students even after they have been accepted. • Systematically collect student feedback and translate insights into improvements across messaging and employer positioning. • Create scaled student ambassador program to drive more applications via word-of-mouth. • Host office hours for students regularly • Collect student testimonials regularly, and deploy them to all relevant channels. • Translate student insights into playbooks that improve conversion and retention. • Work collaboratively with Partner Success to ensure goals are met for each partner. • Run student interviews for new roles when launched. • Design and execute a comprehensive 360° engagement strategy to convert interested students into completed, placed candidates. • Manage and optimize the student pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and zero drop-off due to operational gaps. • Track and improve key metrics: application completion, time-to-completion, role-level conversion, and attrition.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, ideally in Healthcare
- Comfort developing scaled marketing plans to deliver on conversion metrics
- Equally comfortable speaking 1:1 with students as needed (could be up to 20% of your time)
- Strong communicator across email, SMS, and social platforms
- Highly organized and systems-oriented; must be proficient in HubSpot
- Energized by early-stage environments where you build as you go
- Deeply motivated by expanding access to meaningful work.

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Healthcare Contracting Specialist to support the agency’s growing network of behavioral health services. This role is responsible for helping manage and maintain payer and provider contracts that support our clinical programs across multiple states. The Healthcare Contracting Specialist will assist in negotiating reimbursement rates, maintaining payer relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting credentialing and contracting activities. This position works closely with leadership, credentialing staff, and finance teams to ensure contracts support efficient service delivery and sustainable reimbursement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in behavioral health contracting, managed care, or healthcare administration who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. This is a remote, part-time position, but you must reside in NH, RI, MA, or NY. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with insurance payers and partner organizations • Support the development and maintenance of reimbursement agreements for behavioral health services • Maintain organized contract records and ensure timely updates, renewals, and amendments • Collaborate with internal teams including credentialing, finance, and program leadership to ensure contract terms are properly implemented • Monitor contract compliance with state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies • Assist in analyzing reimbursement rates, contract terms, and payer policies to support organizational strategy • Serve as a point of contact for contracting-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners • Support credentialing and payer enrollment processes as needed • Assist with preparation for payer audits and contract reviews • Track contracting timelines and maintain accurate documentation related to payer agreements • Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or related field preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare contracting, payer relations, or healthcare administration • Minimum 1 years of experience in behavioral health strongly preferred • Experience working with managed care organizations, commercial payers, and behavioral health reimbursement models required • Strong knowledge of healthcare contracting, payer policies, and regulatory requirements • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must reside in NH, MA, RI, or NY Hours / Compensation: Part Time, 20 hours per week.
