Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Lawful permanent residents (green card holders) and individuals requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible for this role. *This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract and subsequent funding.* Overview: The Senior IT Project Manager will lead day-to-day assessment operations supporting federal FISMA, RMF, and FedRAMP compliance initiatives. This individual will oversee workload balancing, assessment schedules, metrics reporting, and team coordination across multiple concurrent assessment efforts. This role is hands-on and operational, focused on schedule execution, assessment throughput, and deliverable tracking within a structured federal environment. Skills & Abilities: - Integrated master schedule ownership and workload balancing - Coordination of multi-team cybersecurity assessments - Federal compliance reporting and metrics tracking - Risk and action item management - Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 control assessments - Working knowledge of FISMA, RMF lifecycle, and FedRAMP - Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Qmulos, or eMASS Responsibilities: - Lead assessment execution activities - Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking - Coordinate security assessment teams - Support executive-level reporting - Monitor program performance and throughput - Ensure deliverables meet audit standards Education & Experience - Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience - At least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role - Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Certs Required: - PMP or PgMP required - DAWIA PM Level III (preferred) - ITIL or Agile certifications (preferred) Clearance: - Public Trust (or ability to obtain) The Location: Remote in the US Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship.
