Job Description
Senior Director, Enterprise Launch Excellence and GTM
Omada Health
Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. Job overview: We are creating a new Senior Director, Launch Excellence & GTM role to build and lead an integrated launch capability that spans product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams. This leader will own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for Omada’s most strategic offerings—from concept and development through go-to-market planning, care-team readiness, and post-launch optimization. The role will ensure that every high-stakes launch is coherent end-to-end: designed around buyer and member needs, operationally feasible for care teams, and aligned to Omada’s enterprise-level goals across our B2B2C model. Your Impact: Serve as the single, accountable leader for Omada’s highest‑stakes launches, connecting product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams so new offerings move from idea to real‑world impact with clarity and speed. Create and activate a predictable, company‑wide way of launching so teams know exactly what to expect each time—who is involved, how decisions get made, what “good” looks like, and how their work fits into the bigger picture. Raise the bar on launch quality and reliability by establishing clear standards, rituals, and KPIs that reduce friction, increase visibility, and meaningfully cut down on missed milestones or last‑minute scrambles. Shape upstream product and care‑model decisions by bringing buyer, member, and care‑team needs into the room early, ensuring launches are not just on time but truly set up to succeed in the market and in care delivery. Operate as a highly strategic yet hands‑on individual contributor who can both design the launch model and personally drive cross‑functional execution, leveraging product managers and functional leaders without direct authority. Turn every launch into a learning engine for Omada by codifying insights, patterns, and best practices so that each subsequent product or program launch feels smoother, more coordinated, and more impactful than the last. Leverage AI thoughtfully to accelerate launch planning, insight generation, and execution while applying high emotional intelligence and contextual judgment to ensure decisions are safe, ethical, and aligned with Omada’s mission. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders and peers across Product, Clinical, Care Delivery, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Alliances and Finance to drive aligned launch strategies, resolve trade‑offs, and maintain a shared view of “are we ready?” for each major launch. About you: 15+ years of experience across product management, product marketing, strategy/operations, or commercial roles, with significant ownership of complex launches. Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market for technology or tech-enabled products (B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS) and operating in or alongside healthcare or life sciences environments with clinical, regulatory, and care-delivery complexity. You are a natural cross‑functional collaborator who builds deep partnerships with peers across disciplines, navigates competing priorities with empathy and transparency, and can bring senior stakeholders to aligned decisions without formal authority. Experience defining and running launch frameworks, governance, and KPIs at a portfolio or business-unit level. Strong strategic and analytical skills, including comfort with building business cases, defining success metrics, and using data to refine launch and GTM approaches. Excellent communication; able to synthesize complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executives, customers, and internal teams. You are fluent in using AI and other advanced tools to increase your leverage, but you pair that with strong empathy, listening, and contextual judgment so technology augments rather than replaces human decision‑making. Bonus Points for: Experience in digital health, virtual care, health plans, or employer-sponsored benefits. Background in launch excellence, commercial excellence, or launch support of programs in healthcare or life sciences. MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree. Benefits: - Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus - Equity grants - Remote first work from home culture - Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones - Generous parental leave - Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions) - 401k retirement savings plan - Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) - Mental Health Support Solutions - ...and more! It takes a village to change health care. As we build together toward our mission, we strive to embody the following values in our day-to-day work.
