• Serve as the CEO’s right hand, supporting planning and decision-making • Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO • Ensure cross-departmental alignment and accountability • Drive internal communication systems and operational excellence • Identify operational challenges and design effective systems • Support coaching of senior program directors and foster collaboration • Support the CEO in preparing and communicating materials for board meetings and external communications
Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, Managing Director or CEO
- Demonstrated success as a right-hand to a CEO or C-suite leader
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in organizational alignment and effective execution
- Strong systems thinker with experience designing operational processes
- Highly proficient in modern collaboration and project management tools
- Experience leading or supporting distributed, remote teams is a plus
