Blaze Talent is seeking a Senior Contract Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in network and infrastructure hiring to support a confidential, high-growth client operating in the AI infrastructure and data center space. This is a fully embedded RPO engagement, partnering closely with technical leadership to scale the core systems that power next-generation AI platforms. In this role, you’ll take ownership of hiring across network engineering, distributed infrastructure, and high-performance computing environments, working directly with senior engineering stakeholders to attract and secure highly specialized talent. What You’ll Do Partner with Infrastructure & Network Leadership - Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Directors, and VPs across network, systems, and platform teams. - Lead intake sessions to deeply understand network architecture needs (e.g., low-latency systems, high-throughput environments, data center networking). - Advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies within niche infrastructure domains. Own Full-Cycle Recruiting for Network & Infrastructure Roles Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles such as: - - Network Engineers (DC networking, backbone, edge) - Network SRE / Infrastructure SRE - Systems & Infrastructure Engineers - Distributed Systems Engineers - HPC / GPU networking specialists (RDMA, InfiniBand, etc.) - Manage sourcing, outreach, technical screening, interview coordination, and offer processes. Build Targeted, High-Quality Talent Pipelines Develop proactive sourcing strategies focused on networking and infrastructure talent across: - - LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche engineering communities - Open-source projects, networking forums, and performance engineering circles - Execute advanced boolean searches and pattern recognition to identify hard-to-reach candidates with experience in large-scale, latency-sensitive environments. Drive a High-Precision Recruiting Process - Maintain strong ownership over pipeline health, candidate experience, and stakeholder communication. - Ensure tight feedback loops and alignment across interview panels. - Keep ATS data clean, structured, and actionable (Ashby preferred). Improve Recruiting Efficiency & Impact - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to accelerate hiring velocity without sacrificing quality. - Operate as a strategic partner, balancing Blaze Talent’s high-touch delivery with the client’s aggressive scaling goals. About You 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with strong exposure to network, infrastructure, or systems engineering roles. Proven track record hiring for: - - Network engineering (data center, backbone, cloud networking) - SRE / infrastructure roles - Distributed systems or performance-critical environments - Experience supporting high-growth, infrastructure-heavy organizations (cloud, AI, data center, or deep tech). - Advanced sourcing skills, including boolean expertise and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and modern ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). - Ability to engage credibly with senior technical stakeholders on networking and infrastructure topics. - Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Strong communication and relationship management skills with both candidates and hiring teams. - Fully remote-ready with reliable equipment and internet. - Availability during U.S. business hours (PST preferred).
