Role Description We are seeking tech-savvy, adaptable individuals who thrive on problem-solving and making life easier for others. Doers are generalists who work side-by-side with our internal AI to complete a wide variety of requests. The AI handles much of the heavy lifting such as generating to-do lists, organizing information, and automating steps while Doers step in where human judgment, communication, and execution are essential. This is not a traditional personal assistant role. Success here means being open to using AI tools, applying critical thinking, and providing the human touch that makes clients feel cared for. Responsibilities - Collaborate with AI to ensure tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently - Use judgment and critical thinking to verify AI-generated work and step in where human oversight is required - Confidently make phone calls on behalf of clients to coordinate with vendors and resolve issues where needed - Carry out tasks across diverse domains, including but not limited to: - Dining & entertainment (e.g., restaurant bookings, event planning, finding family friendly activities) - Healthcare & self-care (e.g., scheduling doctor’s appointments, researching providers, assisting with claims) - Household upkeep (e.g., finding reliable cleaners, booking a repair service, meal planning) - Shopping & product (e.g., comparing products, finding sustainable options, assisting with customer service claims) - Support & advisory tasks (e.g., basic financial, legal, or digital assistance tasks) - Travel planning & logistics (e.g., coordinating itineraries, flight and car rentals, accommodations research) Qualifications - Comfortable or open to working with AI tools - Strong critical thinking skills — you know when to trust AI output and when to step in - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptable and quick to learn — you can adjust smoothly as processes evolve - Service mindset — you take pride in making others’ lives easier - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to follow workflows and apply judgment where nuance is needed - Background in tech, personal assistance, customer service, or project coordination is a plus Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required - Reliable laptop and internet connection (20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Minimum age of 18 Benefits - 1099 contractor structure with flexible, remote work opportunities - Variable credit system: tasks are priced in credits, and payout depends on the credits earned - No cap on earning potential. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. ## The impact you'll make Metrology group is responsible for process validation readiness and data reliability as well as delivering new techniques for emerging requirements, and we provide expert services for techniques which require dedicated operational ownership, and training/support for those techniques appropriate for direct use by process engineers and techs.
