Job Summary: The Certified Medical Assistant is a key component of our team that works closely with the primary care physician to deliver excellent patient care to our community, ensuring services are provided within the Medical Assisting scope and state guidelines. The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for reviewing and updating health records, measuring vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms for upcoming examinations. The Claims & PR Advocate is a phone queue-based position responsible for servicing inbound claim-related calls from members, providers, and provider office staff. Advocates will handle back-to-back calls throughout the day, with occasional outbound calls required to resolve claim issues.
